What is your return policy for sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets must still have the original plastic wrap on the handle to be eligible for a full refund.

Yes, we ship our Padel equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific country and the weight of the order.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our rackets come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic chips, or damage caused by hitting the walls or the ground.
